Over multiple brainstorming sessions and dinner discussions, Sonam and her husband wanted to come up with a name that would perfectly encapsulate the brand’s ethos and values. Finally, one evening while dining at their favourite Japanese restaurant in Singapore, they realised that the brand stemmed from love. After all, love is the foundation of our being — and it made sense to incorporate it into the brand name too. Moreover, the ingredients are derived from nature’s roots,which is also the foundation of our being. As the word ‘foundation’ continued to be a mainstay in conversations, this led to another Aha moment.

To ensure that your products last for a good period of time, we need to add some preservatives. The only way a product can be 100% organic is if it comes straight from your kitchen or nature! However, rest assured that all ingredients we use are non-toxic and will do no harm on your skin. Nonetheless, please make sure to check for allergies and sensitivities before using our products.

Moreover because we are doing this we have complete visibility into their supply chain being able to ensure that they only use ethically sourced ingredients that are rated safe and sustainable by law in New Zealand. Finally, the sachets are 100% recyclable, and we intentionally used them for ease of recycling.

Yes, slight redness is normal. Clay naturally increases the blood supply to your skin, and some redness simply means that it is flushing out toxins and irritating substances in the cells. Plus, clay also helps in cell renewal and improves skin texture. Don’t worry, redness should fade quite quickly — eventually revealing your regenerated and detoxified skin!

No, they do not. But if you prefer to cool your beauty products, go ahead! Keep in mind that once you do, it is not advisable to store them in warmer temperatures afterwards. Even if sealed, we recommend taking a few sachets of each product to store in your refrigerator for a hot day, and keeping the remainder out.

We currently ship internationally using Aramex, DHL as well as Easyship so as to offer you the best available rate. Orders above SGD 300 will receive free shipping, and orders below that are already subsidised in cost.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information in order to easily track your package . If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 days of your order please start by checking your spam folder, if you don’t see anything from us please do reach out to us .
Please note, orders over $300 require a signature confirmation at delivery.
If you believe your package is missing we will start a trace with the courier and take the required steps, please note this will take 3-5 business days. Please note we will not be able to replace the products until it has been confirmed missing.

If you are not happy with what you’ve received please send us an email within 14 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorisation and mailing information. We will then proceed to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase excluding shipping. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.
